Trading Mirror is a portfolio tracking and analysis tool. The Service allows you to import portfolio data, track market prices, and receive AI-generated analysis of your holdings. Trading Mirror is an information tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or custody securities on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission

5. Market Data and AI Analysis

Market data displayed in the Service is sourced from third-party providers and is provided as-is. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data.

AI-generated analysis is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial advice. The AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information. 6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Trading Mirror and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the portfolio data you upload to the Service.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading Mirror shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for any investment decisions you make based on information displayed in the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
